The vineyard has an area of \u200b\u200b8.5 hectares. It is located on the road from Ronda to Acinipo (Ruins of the ancient Roman City of Acinipo), km. 6. The farm is within the municipal area of \u200b\u200bthe city of Ronda (M\u00e0laga).<\/p>\n

Located at an altitude of 850 m, it is located within the Serran\u00eda de Ronda region. The topography of the estate is very uniform so it does not have any risk of surface erosion, which allows us to maintain the original horizons of the estate, and thus maintain a constant influence of the terroir on our wines over the years.<\/p>\n

The vineyards are cultivated on horizontal soils with gentle slopes. This topographic situation favors the ventilation of the vineyard and attenuates the thermal excesses, favoring at the same time a moderate growth and in general terms, with very positive effects for the growth and evolution of the composition of the grape, particularly of the red varieties grown here.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, it is important to highlight that the vineyards are mainly in exhibitions to the east, cooler and more favorable in this southern character viticulture, and also towards the Sierra de Grazalema, with frequent winds from the east that favor aeration of the foliar surface and of the grapes, particularly important during the ripening period.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Geology and Soils:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Calcareous argillic, are poor soils, with good drainage, of moderate depth, which, having a high calcareous component, favors fineness in the tannins.<\/p>\n

\nThe Tres Generaciones vineyards are distributed in 8.5 plots made up of a set of five varieties.<\/p>\n
