Our wines

Given the uniqueness of the location of our vineyard, and taking into account the particularity of our climate, our wines are made and conceived as current and unique wines.

Our vineyard offers a variety such as Garnacha, with which we can make wines that highlight their freshness and joy, leaving memories of fresh fruit. It also offers us the Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah variety, with which we can combine and assemble fruitiness, elegance and meatiness, and to finish, as a particular case, it offers us a very complex variety to make in warm climates such as Merlot, which given The orientation, altitude and climate so particular to our vineyard, allows us a perfect maturation, with which we obtain fleshy wines, with ripe fruit and bush and above all with a great structure.

La Depa

They say that, during the French occupation, the love that the French sergeant Pedro Depon felt for a rondeña made the military man avoid a terrible explosion. Grateful, the people of Ronda rewarded the sergeant by giving him the suit that his beloved, "La Depa", would wear at the wedding that united them forever. And this, like our history, has permeated generation after generation.

In its entry into the mouth, its freshness and joy stands out first. With a fluid step it moves leaving memories of fresh fruit. He came with a great personality and a pleasant memory.

El Lero

Legend has it that a brave soldier, chasing “El Lero” and his henchmen, slipped one day with his horse near Sierra Morena, losing consciousness. When "El Lero" saw him badly wounded, he led him to be cured, and the soldier, grateful, joined the gang of the compassionate bandit.

And this, like our history, has permeated generation after generation.

Grapes arrive in the mouth, with hints of ripe fruit and berries. In the center of the mouth it becomes large, awakening the papillae, allowing itself to be noticed large and whole, with breed, to later say goodbye with elegance.

El Arquitecto

Legend has it that after the 40 years it took to build the Tajo de Ronda, its architect, Martín de Aldehuela, decided to throw himself from its 98 m high to avoid creating a bridge that would surpass it in beauty. Or to suppose, perhaps, that he could never come up with something so sublime again. And this, like our history, has permeated generation after generation.

And this, like our history, has permeated generation after generation.

Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo y Syrah.

Elaboration: Manual harvest in a 15 kg box, pre-fermentative macerations at low temperature, and once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, we have preceded a post-fermentative maceration of one week, to extract a greater expression, than varieties such as Carbernet Sauvignon, offered to us in vineyards with warm climates like ours.

Tasting note Deep and intense cherry red color with a very high layer. The complexity of its nose is surprising from the first moment, where the delicate notes of its aging intermingle, with hints of spice and scrubland in perfect balance. Well built in the mouth, he is giving here all the knowledge of him: red berries, memories, pastry memories, dry rosemary, minerality ... Great wine, which will be even more with the passage by bottle.

Aniya

They say that the unique art of Aniya, "the queen of the gypsies", allowed this cantaora to go from being a feared smuggler in her youth to receiving a Manila shawl from the hands of Queen Victoria Eugenia herself, impressed after seeing her sing for her and the rest of the royal family.

And this, like our history, has permeated generation after generation.

Varieties: Merlot.

Elaboration: Manual harvest in a 15 kg box, pre-fermentation macerations at low temperature, and once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, we have preceded a post-fermentation maceration for one week, to extract a greater expression, and fruitiness, than a variety like Merlot, it offers us.

Breeding  18 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting note High layer concentrated cherry red color. On the nose the wine opens up little by little. At first, notes of plum and violets appear timidly, then the barrel notes. In the mouth it grows. Fleshy, with nerve, the ripe fruit and the bush dominate over light toasted notes. A large structure warns us that it will have a good evolution over time.
